Minimum Order Requirement<\/strong><\/p>\n

Prices are listed by item number and in US dollars, Wholesale and MSRP. Prices are subject to change without notice. There is a $500.00 minimum on first orders, and $350.00 minimum on reorders. Any reorders below minimum will be accessed a $35.00 – Below Minimum Fee.<\/p>\n

Payment Terms<\/strong><\/p>\n

We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover. First orders are accepted on a prepaid credit card or credit card basis only. Prepaid orders require a check, money order or a wire transfer prior to shipment. Credit card orders must have the account name, account number, billing address, expiration date, and security code. The authorization order form is available in this line sheet and on our website www.ivyhook.com. Your credit card will be charged at the time of shipment.<\/p>\n

Resale Certificates<\/strong><\/p>\n

Ivy Hook<\/em> requires customers to have a valid and up to date resale certificates on file at the time when order is placed.<\/p>\n

Order Fulfillment<\/strong><\/p>\n

Ivy Hook<\/em>, is a \u201cmade to order\u201d company. Production begins upon receipt of buyer\u2019s order and agreement to terms. A partial payment may be requested for large orders, production begins once deposit is paid. Items are generally delivered within four to six weeks from date of order. Order acknowledgments are provided at the time of order placement.<\/p>\n

Special or Custom Orders<\/strong><\/p>\n

Special or custom orders with customer specifications of size, color, design etc. require a 50% deposit after you receive price quote. Upon receiving your deposit the production will begin, note; these items are not returnable, exchangeable or refundable.<\/p>\n

Cancellations<\/strong><\/p>\n

Cancellations must be made within 2 days after placing your order, after that time they are subject to a surcharge of 20% of the total order.<\/p>\n

Shipping and Handling<\/strong><\/p>\n

Most orders ship via USPS (our preferred carrier) or UPS. Tracking info will be provided. We reserve the right to select the carrier of our choice and if customer elects to use their own carrier they agree to assume responsibility for any and all transportation charges. Cost of shipping is dependent on weight, size, destination, and insurance. Buyer is accountable for shipping and handling fees.<\/p>\n

Missing or Damaged<\/strong><\/p>\n

Any items that appear on your order form that are missing or damaged from a shipment, must be reported within 5 days in receipt of order by email or phone. Also attach a photo of damage area and packaging. At that time we will arrange to reship missing or damaged items. All damaged items must be returned and if possible in its original packaging.<\/p>\n

Returns<\/strong><\/p>\n

All returns must be reported within 5 days upon receiving order.<\/strong> No returns or damaged merchandise will be accepted without requesting a Return Authorization (RMA) issued by Ivy Hook. All returns except for shipping damage or manufacturer defect are subject to a 25% restocking fee plus shipping and handling charges both ways.
